Currently, we can offer metal and Bio (self-degrading) capsules for cremated remains (3.9 l). The capsules made of metal are extremely leak-proof (liquid and light-proof). Bio capsules for in-ground burial are made of eco-friendly materials and decompose over time without polluting the environment. The size of the capsule and its material are chosen according to the client’s wishes and the need for the remains to be placed in it.

We give customers the opportunity to say a final goodbye to the deceased just before the remains are placed in the cremation unit.

Free of charge

If it is not possible to attend the farewell ceremony, we give loved ones the opportunity to watch the ceremony online. During the broadcast you can participate in the process of escorting the deceased to the cremation unit and watching the process of loading the coffin into the cremation unit. We also give you the opportunity to get a video of the escort process. Customers requesting this service should inform the crematorium staff in advance.

Free of charge

If the urn chosen by the deceased’s relatives does not fit the size of the cremation capsule, the ashes are manually placed in the urn. For the deceased’s relatives we can also offer a special service for filling a medallion with the deceased’s remains.

After the death of a loved one, extra time is needed to deal with various legal matters. Therefore, the remains can be stored in special refrigeration units for the entire period between the date of death and the moment of cremation at Western Lithuanian Crematorium.
